How long should I use the massager for?
We recommend 15-minute sessions.
Does it get too hot?
You control the warmth level. Start on the lowest setting, and wear a thin layer of clothing if you have sensitive skin.
What does the vibration feel like?
It's a gentle massaging vibration with adjustable levels, so you can choose what feels most relaxing.
Can I use it on other joints?
Yes. The strap is designed for knees, elbows and shoulders.
How do I charge it?
It's cordless, with a built-in rechargeable battery. A USB charging cable is included. Use any standard USB wall plug (not included).
Is it a medical device?
No. Kneeora is a massager for relaxation and comfort. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Who shouldn't use it?
Don't use it on broken skin, during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted device, or on areas with reduced sensation. If you have a medical condition or are working with a physical therapist, check with them or your doctor before use.
